Robin Boadway, Emeritus Professor in the Department of Economics at Queen’s University, and a Fellow of the Institute of Intergovernmental Relations, will be awarded an Honorary Doctorate by the Faculty of Social Sciences at Uppsala University. The ceremony will be held in January.
