On April 18th (19th – New Zealand), the Matariki Network officially welcomed the 2023 Leadership Programme cohort during the first synchronous-online-session for the programme. Dr. Tina Dacin, the Stephen J.R. Smith Chaired Professor at Smith School of Business – Queen’s University was the guest speaker and welcomed 38 members of the 2023 Leadership Programme cohort. Discussion was encouraged around the managerial challenges faced in a post-Covid workplace. Members of the 2023 Leadership Programme come from four of the Matariki Network partners: Durham University, University of Otago, Queen’s University, and Uppsala University.
