After its success in past years, the Dartmouth Center for Social Impact in partnership with the Dickey Center hosted their 2023 summer Matariki Global Impact Summit at Moosilauke Ravine Lodge from July 15-16th. The Summit was aimed at Dartmouth College students to gather and learn about concepts of global citizenship and global identities, whilst developing their own social impact leadership skills. The two-day summit was full of workshops, activities, and networking amongst the Dartmouth students, as well as with members of the professional and academic sector. Workshops were led by leaders within their respective industries which focused on topics including: Indigenous knowledge and climate change, sustainability, cross-cultural partnerships, environmental studies, mindful leadership, global health, and international diplomacy.
