Continuing the string of recent visits between Matariki Network partners, members from Uppsala University recently visited Durham University. The delegation from Uppsala University visited on behalf of the Faculty Office for Humanities and Social Sciences, and discussion and presentations pertaining to the Arts & Humanities Faculty included: challenges, systems, and support within programme development, recruitment processes for teaching and academic staff, international research collaboration, administrative support for faculty, insight on the School of Education, and more. The trip was full of networking opportunities, presentations, focus sessions, a tour of Durham University and Durham Castle and a visit and reception at Durham University’s Oriental Museum.
